Credits and quoted prices.
Brix36 uses prepaid credits for picture and video production. Your quote shows the work, the maximum credits it can use, the price including applicable VAT, and your available balance.
Approve the quote before production.
You approve the exact quoted credits in Brix36 or in your chat with a connected assistant. The assistant spends credits only after your approval, and never above the quoted amount. Unused quoted credits are not charged.
Your balance must cover the work.
If your available balance is below the credits needed, production waits. Your saved quote and approved stage are kept. Credit balance and payment options are managed separately in Brix36.
Understand the price.
The production quote is the current price for your selected pictures and video. It shows the maximum total before anything starts, including any quoted picture redo allowance. Review that quote before approving.
